Supervisor: Dr. Richard Carpiano
My research interests are in the social determinants of health. Particularly, I am interested in how local communities impact health outcomes and health behaviors for children and adolescents. I am also interested in how social conditions in early childhood impact health over the life course.
My most current research project is investigating how neighborhood-level intergenerational closure and social capital are related to adolescent sexual behaviors.
