Current Research

My PhD research focuses on the implementation of climate change policies in organizations.  Specifically, I am using the BC Government’s Carbon Neutral Public Sector initiative as a case study, in order to examine the institutional pressures and organizational dynamics underpinning carbon management in organizations.
